Kwaliteit Management Proces

CMM testing
CMM measures the geometry by sensing discrete points on the surface of the physical objects with a probe.
Tube bending inspection equipment
It can scann the tube and get the shape/ profile,then compares to the 3d modula without investing the inspection tooling.
Anti leaking test
Use the specical equipment to test the welding seam leaking resistance by the specified air pressure.
Linear dimensions' insepction
We use caplier and mirometer to measure the linear dimensions according to the tolerance, the calipar and the mirometer are calibrated.
Inspection amid production
During the prcess of shaft turning, we use the sepcical dial indicator device to measure the runout and the balancing of the precision shaft.
